Please follow the instruction below:

1.       Operating system and application software

By clicking START in the Taskbar,then right click at My Computer. Choose Properties and define the Microprocessor of the computer you are using.

2.       Functions of operating system

a)      Click Start and search for Microsoft Office software.

b)      List only 4 application software provided by Microsoft Office.

3.       Operating system file management utilities

a)      Click at the START  in the taskbar.

b)      Click at the  Control Panel icon.

c)       Then click at the Performance and Maintenance icon.

d)      List down all the task available.

Note: Please complete the above labwork individually. Then submit to me through your class representative before 26 July 2011.
